This workshop will cover elements and components that contribute to the overall success and effectiveness of resumes, such as audience awareness, efficient use of space, clear and purposeful word choice, as well as organization of information.

*Participants are encouraged to bring current resumes or any documents listing skills or past experiences; you can actively participate through updating your resume as we proceed and ask questions as they come up!

Clare Hancock holds a Masters in English from Texas A&M University and is currently applying for PhD candidacy in Adult Education. Her research experience includes digital humanities and scholarship, academic composition, pedagogy / andragogy, and women writers from the 18th-19th centuries – with a special focus on Jane Austen.

All of our workshops are held over Zoom.
